THIS IS A GREAT QUESTION.
Whats interesting about Soco, is that it is NOT considered a whiskey by many whiskey experts. Its considered a “whiskey based liqueur”. A lot of people either drink it straight or they mix it with “true” whiskey. Though, I have never tried Soco lime, I would like to give it a shot though and see what a “Whiskey Based Liqueur” tastes like.
Most whiskeys aren’t flavored, but recently Jim Beam just released a cherry flavored bourbon called Red Stag. I have not tried that either though.
If you’re interested in starting to drink whiskey, I started off just drinking whiskey sours day in and day out and then slowly took the sour out of it and now i just drink whiskey straight out of the bottle.
