Well Anon,
Personally I’m a huge fan of Elijah Craig. Its reasonably cheap ($20-$25 a bottle) and its great on its own or in a whiskey cocktail.
Its also named after what people consider the “god father” of bourbon. Its said that Pastor Elijah Craig was the original person to think of burning the inside of old fish barrels to get the fish smell out for his home made whiskey. Making the first bourbon.
Pretty awesome accident I think.
